| 16% for SC, 7.5% for ST in all fresh admissions and 3% horizontal reservation for Physically Handicapped. In the event of these quotas remaining unfilled the seats will be dereserved. |

For Class-I - Birth certificate issued by Municipal Corporation/extract about the date of birth from records of villages Panchayat, Military Hospital or service records of Defence Personnel in the prescribed format.

Thre result card and Transfer Certificate from the school last attended countersigned by the DEO for classes II to IX. [If the Transfer Certificate has not been taken a bonafide certificate issued by the school showing the class and date of birth should be attached.]

Caste certificate in the name of the student from the competent authority.(The parents caste certificate may be submitted initially) in case of SC/ST.

Disability certificate from Civil surgeon in case of Physically Handicapped.

Proof of residence of father/mother if the applicant is not employed.

Proof of retirement in case of Ex-Servicemen.

The application is to be signed/submitted by either parent and not by any local guardian.

|
For fresh admission to classes II to IX an admission test will be conducted and admission given as per merit depending upon the availability of the vacancies.
The tests will be conducted in the following subjects.

English, Hindi, Mathematics, General Knowledge |
Class IX |
English, Hindi, Mathematics, Social Studies, Science |
The test will be for the level of the Annual Examination of the class preceding the one to which admission is sought.
