To foster a sense of social service and discipline, the Vidyalaya runs the Scouts and Guides programme. The members of the primary section are designated Cubs and Bulbuls, and of the secondary, Scouts and Guides.  The current Enrolment position is: Cubs – 67, Scouts – 122, Guides – 116 and Bulbuls – 32. Scouts and Guide activities are a part and parcel  of a Vidyalaya activity. It is introduced with great pride to inculcate discipline among the Students and  to encourage Social activities in the young minds. It also  promotes Social harmony  and Cultural heritage. It also brings  awareness among the general Public on Immunisation , Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Vanamohatsava ,  regarding other deadly diseases  etc. and  also to celebrate various National and International Events .
